By actively working with all involved stakeholders, Adrian is able to formulate and deliver on agreed outcomes for the benefit of all parties involved in distressed situations. His pragmatic approach and straight-talking sees him as a trusted adviser to those in financial distress, their accountants and solicitors. His strong technical skills and working knowledge of the law enable him to quickly deliver solutions to meet the needs of his clients so that they can take proactive steps to remedy their position. He is a Fellow of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and member of its Vic/Tas Divisional Committee. His wealth of knowledge and experience have led him to present regularly on a variety of insolvency-related topics at CPA and CAANZ discussion groups. He has also had various articles published in both the ARITA journal and Australian Institute of Credit Management journal
